This summer feels like it has gone by in no time at all.....suddenly we are mere days from September! For us it's been a bit of a factor of being so fortunate to be so busy. We've had a great time playing festivals across Canada including North by North East, Sled Island, Ness Creek and the wonderful and amazing Regina Folk Fest. Each festival has been a treat in it's own way and we are incredibly thankful for the chance to play alongside so many great bands at some truly wonderful festivals. Thanks to everyone who came out and all the festivals.
With such a great summer filled with wonderful shows, we are now all nervously, fidgeting waiting for the next string of shows and we couldn't be more excited about what we have coming up. Starting August 30th in Oxford we have a week's worth of shows booked in the UK, all centered around the amazing End of the Road Festival taking place Sept. 2-4 in Dorset. It's a really incredible thing for us to not only get over to the UK to play, but especially to get to play End of the Road. In a few short years the festival has gone from being an upstart little festival to a pseudo-mythical wonderland that seems to bring together all of my favorite bands in one fantastic location. To say the least we are incredibly excited.
Full details of our UK shows are as follows:
August 30th - Oxford - Port Mahon
August 31st - Northampton - The Labour Club w/ My First Tooth!
September 1st - Cardiff - Ten Feet Tall
September 2-4 - End of the Road Festival
September 5 - London - The Windmill w/ Future Primitif and Mat Gibson
Thanks for listening.
